The High Performance & Scientific Computing (HPSC) group provides research computing resources and services to the University of Tennessee community. The resources provided include the Infrastructure for Scientific Applications and Advanced Computing (ISAAC) which is the University computing clusters used for University of Tennessee research and academic support across all campuses. 

The UT Research Computing Faculty Advisory Board (FAB) are selected by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Vice-Chancellor for Research to represent faculty interests from the UT research community by reviewing the OIT HPSC resources and services and providing recommendations, feedback, and other input to the OIT Chief Academic Technology Officer/Deputy Chief Information Officer (CATO/CIO) and Associate CIO & Director of HPSC on the operation, management, support, policies, budget, and learning and research activities. The board was newly formed in Fall 2024 and will meet regularly. The following are the current FAB representatives selected by the VCR who have accepted to serve in this role.
