Faculty Advisory Board



The High Performance & Scientific Computing (HPSC) group provides research computing resources and services to the University of Tennessee community. The resources provided include the Infrastructure for Scientific Applications and Advanced Computing (ISAAC) which is the University computing clusters used for University Research and Academic support.  ISAAC includes resources for research involving non-sensitive information and sensitive information named ISAAC Open Enclave and ISAAC Secure Enclave, respectively.

The UT Research Computing Faculty Advisory Board provides recommendations, feedback, and other input to the HPSC Director on the operation, use, and future acquisitions of the ISAAC clusters for the support of research and academics for the University of Tennessee. The board meets monthly on the second Tuesday of each month. The following people are the current faculty advisory board representatives appointed by their respective campus Vice Chancellor’s of Research.
