During the account registration process, you will be given the option to access/or connect your LinkedIn Profile to your LinkedIn Learning account. This will allow for further customization, including course recommendations based on your job title, skills, and interests that you have highlighted on your LinkedIn profile. Linking profiles will also help you discover relevant learning content via your LinkedIn feed. You can also promote the completion of LinkedIn Learning Courses on your LinkedIn feed.
Yes, downloading LinkedIn Learning courses and videos is available on mobile devices. Simply download the LinkedIn Learning app to your device. Log on to LinkedIn Learning via the mobile app. Find the course/video you wish to download. Click the Download button on the left side of the screen. You can now watch the video without a connection.
To assign videos you will need to contact the OIT HelpDesk and request Curator permissions. Once the Curator role is assigned you’ll receive an email from LinkedIn Learning explaining how to use the new role to share videos. View a short video about the Curator role.
Simply contact the OIT HelpDesk online or by calling 865-974-9900 and request your LinkedIn Learning account be upgraded to Curator.
