Examples of our partnerships include Archibus, Fleet Management, and the Gallagher Security Access System.

TRANSIS System Availability: System is available 24/7, with the exception of offline backups that run roughly between Saturday 10:00 PM – Sunday 10:00 AM.
Maintenance and Upgrade Outages: There is no regularly scheduled maintenance period for the TRANSIS systems; when outages are required for upgrades or database patches they are scheduled with Transportation Services.
Application support services are available for all applications developed by OIT and are available to all applications customers.
TRANSIS is available for use only by the staff of the Transportation Services offices at the Knoxville and Martin campuses. Special ad-hoc requests and general assistance on matters related to the system are available to the Knoxville Transportation Services office. OIT consults directly with the UT Treasurer’s Office on issues related to posting charges related to fleet usage and use of the UT airplane.
