YuJa Panorama DocHub for Faculty and Staff

YuJa Panorama’s DocHub is an online workspace for checking and improving document accessibility. It is designed for faculty and staff who do not use Online@UT (Canvas) and need a separate place to upload and review files outside of a Canvas course.

With DocHub, users can upload files such as PDFs, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations to evaluate their accessibility. After a file is uploaded, Panorama scans it and provides an accessibility score, a detailed issue report, and guidance to remediate issues.

DocHub can also generate alternative user-friendly formats such as audio, ePub, or Braille

To get started, log in to Panorama using your UTK account and open DocHub

Key Features

  • Accessibility Scoring Reviews uploaded files and identifies formatting problems or accessibility barriers.
  • Remediation Guidance provides instructions for fixing accessibility issues.
  • Alternative Formats converts documents into accessible formats for students, faculty, and staff.
  • Cloud Storage lets users store and organize files and folders in one central location.
