What’s New in ChemDraw Professional Suite 26.0

ChemDraw Professional, from Revvity Signals, is an advanced software suite for chemists and biologists to create publication-ready drawings, including molecular structures, chemical reactions, and biological pathways, for facilitating the management and presentation of research.  

The newest release introduces:

  • Faster property calculations 
  • Advanced biopolymer and HELM 
  • Clearer 3D structure viewing during movement 
  • Updated IUPAC 2024 atomic weights 
  • New stereochemical warning feature to flag invalid stereo bonds 
  • Extended ChemScript Python 3.14 support.

Compatability: ChemDraw Professional v.26.0 is supported on 64x Windows 10 and 11, as well as macOS Sequoia (15.7.4) and Tahoe (26.4.1).

Access the software: Revvity Signals-ChemDraw Professional Installation Instructions, including details for downloading and activating the software, are available on the OIT Software Distribution site.  

Licensing: ChemDraw is available to faculty, staff, and students at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Campus, for instruction and non-commercial research.
