Every week, countless new things happen in the field of AI, and we are committed to continuing our advancements as one of the leaders in the education space. Our own UT Verse AI Assistant is no exception. We are in a continuous, iterative improvement process of adding more features and tailoring the UT Verse experience to meet the university’s needs. Check out some recent advances:

Enhanced Training Resources for Users

Revised in-app help documentation to assist you in learning UT Verse and improving your results when engaging with the AI. New training resources include:

• A comprehensive knowledge base
• Integrated interactive tutorials
• Suggested Call-to-Action feature

New Tools and Functionality

We have made significant updates to improve stability and the user experience, including AI Assistants Tagging, UT Verse Gallery, Smart Prompt, Smart Reply, and Smart Persona.

Productivity and User Experience

Upgraded Document System
The Document System has been greatly improved with a new user interface where you can manage your files under Files settings. This area showcases your storage space and quota.

File Format Support
Uploading PDFs are also greatly improved. Due to many requests to upload larger files, we have doubled the file size from 25MB to 50MB to match common PDF file sizes, with the global file size limit of 200MB remaining in place.

Code Blocks and CodePilot

• Sandbox protection for HTML Preview of code
• Added new Refresh button to HTML Preview
• Added new “Preview Help” to HTML Preview
• HTML Preview appears on the right of CodePilot when rendering
• Fixed various issues with CodePilot

These features highlight just a few of the many improvements we’ve made recently. Looking ahead, we see UT Verse as a secure and reliable AI tool that will equip our students for a future where AI becomes an integral part of both home and work life.
