We are pleased to announce that our recent Zoom renewal includes the implementation of a new licensing platform with enhanced and expanded features for users. 

All UT Zoom accounts will now have access to Zoom Clips Plus and Zoom Scheduler. 

Zoom licenses for faculty and staff will include: 

• All current Zoom features, such as cloud recordings, AI tools, and Breakout Rooms. 

• Zoom Meeting capacity will increase to 500. 

• A Zoom Webinar license, with a 500 capacity. 

• Zoom’s multi-language captions and translations will be available, and instructors can enable this feature in their UT Zoom account settings. 

Zoom licenses for students will continue to have access to features such as Cloud Recording, AI tools, and Breakout Rooms, as well as a meeting capacity of 300 attendees.

Faculty, staff, and student licenses will be provisioned based on their primary affiliation.
