For faculty, researchers, and staff relying on personal Claude accounts, your department can now purchase a Claude for Higher Education license through OneIT to access premium Claude tools in a secure, approved environment. 

Microsoft Cowork carries out tasks on your behalf within the Microsoft ecosystem. Describe what you need, and Cowork sends emails, schedules meetings, creates documents, posts in Teams, and manages your calendar.

How to Request Microsoft Cowork 

Purchase a subscription to Microsoft Cowork and connect your Cowork license to your department’s Azure subscription. Because this is a premium AI resource, departments will be responsible for licensing fees and Azure usage.
