Software for Faculty, Staff, and Students

UT maintains contracts with many software providers to provide faculty, staff, and students access to these school, work, and academic research applications. The software is made available through various methods depending on your primary campus affiliation and role within the University. 

Software is available through the following methods:

OIT Software Distribution Website
Faculty, staff, and students can download and install software directly on their computers.
Launch the OIT Software Distribution site and log in with your UT NetID and password.

UTK faculty, staff, and students can run the software as if it were installed on your computer. Open and save files on your computer for printing. Use Apps@UT from any Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, or Android device.
Launch Apps@UT and log in with your UT NetID and password.

Cloud-based Software
Some software applications are accessed directly from the vendor or through a web browser. Applications include ESRI ArcGIS, Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, Adobe Creative Cloud, Akinidi, Qualtrics, and LinkedInLearning.

High Performance & Scientific Computing with ISAAC Resources
High Performance & Scientific Computing (HPSC) services and resources are available for the research community. 
Launch the HTPC website to learn more about ISAAC Open Enclave, ISAAC Secure Enclave.
