A Smarter Way to Organize Your UT Verse Conversations 

Whether you manage dozens or hundreds of conversations, this new tool in UT Verse makes it easier than ever to keep your AI workspace organized. 

Getting Started with AI Folders

  1. Open and sign in to UT Verse 
  2. Start a new chat 
  3. Open the side panel 
  4. Click the smart folder icon just to the right of the word folder.  
  5. The AI Folder Manager will open. Select from the many options available to help you organize your folders. 

A Complete Folder System 

Thread Folders provides a structure for sorting and managing conversations in a way that matches how you work. 

Key capabilities include: 

Folder icon smokey grey and Tennessee orange.

Create, rename, and delete folders 
Build your space from scratch or continuously refine as your needs evolve.

Nested folders icon smokey grey and Tennessee orange.

Nested folders (sub‑folders) 
Organize at multiple levels—for example: Courses→ ENG 301→ Assessment Planning

Drag‑and‑drop movement 
Quickly reorganize threads with simple mouse movements.

Multi‑select with Ctrl/Shift 
Move multiple conversations at once for faster cleanup.

Auto-Folder Generation
Let UT Verse recommend logical folder names based on your existing content.
