Productivity Pulse: Summer Workflow Consultations for Fall Readiness

The OIT Training team is excited to introduce Productivity Pulse, a summer consulting initiative designed to help faculty and staff streamline workflows by working through productivity and collaboration pain points. Together, we will explore workflow enhancements and improvements using Microsoft 365 tools already available at the university.
This summer is the perfect time to reset, refine, and prepare for a successful academic year!
Consultations are designed to help faculty and staff:
- Reduce email overload
- Improve team collaboration
- Organize and manage shared files
- Streamline approval processes
- Manage projects and tasks more effectively
- Identify opportunities to simplify or automate repetitive work
- Enhance overall productivity using Microsoft 365 tools
Productivity Pulse offers a personalized consulting experience centered on real workflow needs.
Through a short consultation session, participants will have the opportunity to share current workflow pain points, explore practical solutions, and receive tailored recommendations to support their individual or team goals before the fall semester begins. Participants will also receive implementation support and earn a digital Productivity Pulse badge upon completion of the consultation process. Add the badge to your LinkedIn profile or professional portfolio to highlight your commitment to enhancing workplace productivity and collaboration practices.
