Over the past year, the Office of Innovative Technologies has launched several new initiatives and continued to evaluate how our campus technology services support your work. As we plan for the year ahead, we’re asking for your feedback through our annual customer satisfaction survey to help us understand what’s working well and where we can continue improving your experience.

Please complete a 10- to-15-minute survey by Friday, March 31, 2026, to share your feedback with us. Your input is invaluable in helping us make informed decisions and improve the information technology services at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

How to Access the Survey

Check your Inbox for a survey invitation from The Vice Chancellor for Information and Digital Innovation with the subject line, Take the OIT Annual Survey Today. This email contains a personalized survey link that can only be used once.

You Could be a Winner

After completing the survey, you may choose to enter a drawing for $100. No purchase or fee is required to participate in the drawing.
