Important DASH Address Verification Updates

Reminder to Complete Your DASH Address Verification

If you haven’t completed your DASH Journey for home address verification, please take a moment to do so. This is part of the University’s systemwide address clean-up effort and Oracle’s transition to the US Oracle Payroll Tax Engine (USOPTE).

Email subject line: FYI: Journey Assigned: Employee Home Address Validation and Correction

To get started, please follow the instructions in the email you should have received from dash-noreply@tennessee.edu with the subject line: “FYI: Journey Assigned: Employee Home Address Validation and Correction.” The email includes step-by-step instructions and a short video on how to verify and update your home address.

If You Experienced Problems During the Process

We are actively reviewing address information and are reaching out directly to employees whose submissions reflect errors that require follow-up.

The deadline to complete your DASH Journey task is Wednesday, February 25.

If you have not yet completed your DASH Journey for home address verification, please take a few moments to do so. As part of our systemwide address clean-up effort and Oracle’s transition to the US Oracle Payroll Tax Engine (USOPTE), it’s important that every employee review and confirm their home address in DASH.

To access the task, please check your inbox for an email from dash-noreply@tennessee.edu with the subject line “FYI: Journey Assigned: Employee Home Address Validation and Correction.” The message includes step-by-step instructions along with a brief instructional video to guide you through the process.
