Online@UT (Canvas) Checklist

From downloading grades to limiting course content availability, be sure to review our Canvas Semester End Checklist (PDF) or Use the Interactive Semester End Checklist.

LiveOnline@UT (Zoom) Cloud Storage Cleanup

Remember that your Zoom cloud recordings are meant to be temporary. Recordings are set to automatically delete after 120 days. Download any recordings you would like to keep, store them on a local device or drive, such as Microsoft OneDrive, and delete the rest. Review instructions for downloading Zoom cloud recordings.
