Fundamentals of HPC for Bioinformatics



The Fundamentals of HPC workshop series is a live, in-person workshop series hosted annually by the High Performance and Scientific Computing (HPSC) group. This workshop series is designed to equip researchers in the biological sciences with the essential skills to get started using HPC resources with biological data sets. The workshop series is open to all UT students, faculty, and staff at no additional cost

Target Audience

This workshop series is specifically tailored for Bioinformatics Users who possess a background in biological sciences and are seeking to expand their computational biology expertise. Participants will gain proficiency in utilizing current tools necessary for computational biology.
