OIT is excited to share some news that will significantly impact how we approach innovation and collaboration on our campus. After working with the Vice Chancellor for Research and Provost Offices, we are happy to announce OIT’s first Generative AI resources, UT Verse and Bing Chat Enterprise.

UT Verse (ChatGPT) is UT’s generative AI chat universe, where you can have AI conversations about topics geared toward our internal audiences, university business, and research. UT Verse will provide easy access to ChatGPT, where UT data is protected and not shared with the public AI model.

Bing Chat Enterprise is a Microsoft AI-powered platform that you can use to search for information, create content, and communicate with others naturally and conversationally. Bing Chat Enterprise will provide relevant and up-to-date results from various sources, use artificial intelligence to generate original and engaging content, and help you write, edit, improve, or optimize your content.
