A Complete Folder System 

Thread Folders provides a structure for sorting and managing conversations in a way that matches how you work. 

Key capabilities include: 

• Create, rename, and delete folders 
  Build your space from scratch or continuously refine it as your needs evolve. 
• Nested folders (sub‑folders) 
  Organize at multiple levels—for example: 
  Courses → ENG 304 → Assessment Planning 
• Drag‑and‑drop movement 
  Quickly reorganize threads with simple mouse movements. 
• Multi‑select with Ctrl/Shift 
  Move multiple conversations at once for faster cleanup. 
• Auto‑folder generation 
  Let UT Verse recommend logical folder names based on your existing content. 
• Auto‑thread organization 
  UT Verse can detect themes and categorize conversations intelligently. 
• Visibility options 
  Choose which folders appear in your sidebar to prioritize what matters most. 
• Redesigned settings panel 
  A simpler, more intuitive layout gives you clearer control of your organizational tools. 

Getting Started with AI Folders

1. Open and sign in to UT Verse 
2. Start a new chat 
3. Open the side panel 
4. Click the smart folder icon just to the right of the word folder.  
5. The AI Folder Manager will open. Select from the many options available to help you organize your folders.
