Holiday Hours for OIT HelpDesk
The OIT HelpDesk will close for the winter break at 10:00 PM ET on Thursday, December 21, and reopen at 12:01 AM ET on Tuesday, January 2, 2023. While the University is closed, OIT will continue to monitor the network, email, and major computer applications. To check the current status of IT systems, please visit the online OIT System Status Center.
If you need assistance during the Winter Break, we recommend that you contact us online, and we’ll respond on Tuesday, January 2.
