Learn Your Classroom Technology: Sign Up for a Consultation
One-on-one consultations are available from Wednesday, August 7, through Friday, August 16
Are you ready to try new techniques or increase your confidence on the first day of class? Learn how to use the technology in your classroom before you are in front of students. Do you want to use the document camera to present an experiment or display an object? Do you need to record your class for a student with an accommodation? Or has it just been a while, and you need a refresher? Whatever your scenario, sign up for a 1-on-1 consultation with an OIT trainer who will work with you to practice exactly what you want to learn. If you have a GTA, have them sign up for a consultation or bring them along with you to yours!
The Sign-Up Process:
Using the form listed below, select a date and time (8/7-8/16) to meet one-on-one with an OIT trainer. Then, reserve the classroom using the 25live.utk.edu room reservation system. You will receive a confirmation email after August 5 with the name of the OIT trainer who will meet you in your classroom and spend 45 minutes answering questions, helping you practice, and sharing tips on making the technology work for you at your comfort level.
