Mark Your Calendar: Banner Will Be Unavailable for Maintenance

Access to all Banner services, including Self-Service, Administration Pages, registration, advising, and fee payments, will be unavailable beginning Friday, November 21, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. ET. Additionally, access to these services through MyUTK and Banner Experience will be unavailable during this time. OIT is upgrading the backend infrastructure for the Banner Student Information Systems and will make every attempt to restore service by Monday, November 24, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. ET.
To prepare for this outage, please save your work and complete any outstanding tasks by Friday, November 21, at 5:00 p.m.
