Always use the Single-Sign-On or SSO option and tennessee.zoom.us domain when logging in. It doesn’t matter whether you are using the web or the client; we have step-by-step instructions on our website. 

Are you hosting the Zoom meeting? Visit the OIT Knowledge Base for suggestions to secure your Zoom meeting. We encourage everyone to require authentication for any event or class hosted for only UT faculty, staff, or students. This is a big step to preventing Zoom-bombing and keeping uninvited visitors out of your Zoom sessions.
