Over the summer, PointSolutions made several major changes that you need to know.
Update Your Software
The TurningPoint app is now called PointSolutions.
PointSolutions desktop app: You may be prompted to download the new software when you log onto your TurningPoint software. Please only download the PointSolutions app for your device; you do not need to download TurningPoint web or RemotePoll.
PointSolutions mobile app: PointSolutions has replaced the TurningPoint app in the Apple and Google app stores. If the TurningPoint mobile app is installed on your phone with automatic app updates enabled, your app will be updated to the new software.
The Process for Creating an Account has Changed
If you are new to PointSolutions, you need to create an account before using it in your classes. PointSolutions updated the account creation process last week; follow the new instructions below to get started. If your Canvas course contains the older directions for creating an account , please update this information for your students.
