New AI Tennessee Initiative Resources Available on ISAAC Cluster

New AI on ISAAC

High-performance computing resources for AI Tennessee Initiative projects are available on the ISAAC Next Generation cluster (ISAAC NG). These resources are provided to the University of Tennessee community by the University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s Office of Research, Innovation, and Economic Development (ORIED), and the AI Tennessee Initiative with collaboration and support from OIT.

In order to access the new AI resources, researchers must have an account on ISAAC NG and request that their AI Tennessee Initiative project be added to the cluster. Please note that access to AI Tennessee Initiative resources is limited to projects where UT faculty are identified as the project Principal Investigator. Initially, all the nodes will be part of the ISAAC NG cluster with Linux installed and integrated with access to all the ISAAC NG cluster resources. Planning is underway for one of the AI Tennessee Initiative resources to be installed with Windows. We will keep you posted on our progress and planned launch date for this Windows-based AI Tennessee Initiative resource.

Learn more about the available AI Tennessee Initiative resources in the ISAAC NG cluster and how to get access to these resources at HPSC: AI Tennessee Initiative Resources and Access.
