Are you teaching in one of these large lecture halls and would like to have your class recordings automatically scheduled? Let OIT handle the recording for you. We recently added Buehler 555 and Art & Architecture 109 to the list of lecture halls with this capability.
You can request all your classes for the semester be recorded or just specific dates. You don’t need to worry about setting up any of the recordings. Just present normally. Recordings will be saved to your Panopto account.
You can record sessions on your own with a one-button system in the lecture halls, listed above. Just let us know after the fact with the date and time you recorded and we will move the recording into your Panopto account. You don’t need to use Cynap and can present the way you normally do.
Cynap is still available in classrooms for recording, including the rooms above, using either Panopto or Zoom.
