Mathematica is available for download for all UTK, UTS, and UTHSC students, faculty, and staff from the University of Tennessee software distribution site. Mathematica, developed by Wolfram Research, Inc. (WRI), is computational software used in science, engineering, finance, and other areas of computing that require mathematics. The Wolfram Mathematica License Agreement between OIT and WRI provides Mathematica for Mac, Linux, and Windows 64-bit platforms.  

Mathematica version 13.3 new features:

• Functions for calling large language models 
• Ability to publish 3D graphics and geometries to AR devices 
• Ability to generate an image from a textual prompt  
• Symbolic representation & manipulation of unit tests  
• Enhanced finite field polynomial computations 
• Ability to perform raw memory operations
