• Submit a Request 
• View Your Submitted Request 
• Explore OIT Services 
• Search the OIT Knowledge Base 
• Return to the main OIT Website 
• Save your favorite services and Knowledge Base articles 

Start by visiting help.utk.edu, then Sign In at the top of the page and authenticate with your University NetID and Password.
