The last date to order FY23 CUP equipment is March 13, 2023

The FY23 Computer Upgrade Program (CUP) is an equipment upgrade program for all UTK faculty and staff who are full-time employees with at least 50% of their funding from a centrally funded E01 account. Faculty and staff do not order new equipment directly but should contact their authorized department purchasing agent.   

Machines to be upgraded must have been purchased prior to July 1, 2019. Only desktops and laptops that meet or exceed the recommended CUP configurations will qualify for reimbursement.    

The equipment being offered is located on the OIT FY23 Computer Upgrade Program webpage and is also available on UT Marketplace.
