Campus departments, faculty organizations, or other units can receive an entry in the online directory. This entry can be used to set up a departmental email account or to redirect mail sent to an address of the form email@example.com to an existing email address.

Student Organizations may request NetIDs, Office 365 email accounts, and web accounts through the GO: get inVOLved website, http://go.utk.edu/registration .
