Access to QuestionPro will end on May 31, 2022

What to do before May 31, 2022

  • Migrate any existing QuestionPro surveys that will be active after May 2022. OIT recommends Qualtrics.
  • Export data for QuestionPro surveys that you wish to retain before the license expires.

Qualtrics is OIT’s recommended platform for web surveys. If you wish to continue to use QuestionPro after May 2022, visit QuestionPro’s website for individual plans and pricing.


If you have questions about obtaining a personal QuestionPro account, migrating your surveys, exporting QuestionPro data, visit the FAQ. If you need assistance with Qualtrics or would like to set up an appointment with one of our staff, submit a request online or call the OIT HelpDesk at 865-974-9900 .

You will not be able to access your UT QuestionPro account after May 31st, 2022. 
You will also not be able to access any previously collected data and it may be removed 
from QuestionPro servers soon after the license expires. It is recommended exporting any 
needed data prior to the expiration date. See the transition FAQ for more information.
