  5. Autonomous Attack Bots 
    A malicious bot is a type of software application designed to perform automated tasks with ill intent. Unlike their benevolent counterparts built for efficiency and user assistance, these bots are deployed by cybercriminals to infect computers, carry out cyber-attacks, or steal sensitive data. AI could enable cyberattacks to run on autopilot without human intervention once launched, leading to continuous and adaptive threats that evolve faster than human-led responses.
