Web Surveys Old Page

UT is in the process of migrating its enterprise site license from Qualtrics to QuestionPro. The feature set of our QuestionPro Enterprise Team Edition license is very similar to that of Qualtrics. Those features are described on the QuestionPro Features Page.

Important Qualtrics to QuestionPro migration dates:

January 1, 2019: New Qualtrics accounts will have maximum survey responses set to 100. This will allow classes to continue to use it for teaching while minimizing costs. Existing Qualtrics accounts will continue working as usual.

March 1, 2019: No new Qualtrics accounts will be created. Existing accounts will continue working as usual.

September 30, 2019: Enterprise Qualtrics license will end. Departments or individuals wishing to continue using Qualtrics will need to pay for their own license.

A UT Qualtrics account is available for all faculty, students, and staff and can be used for university-related work such as academic projects which may serve research (instructional or academic) and administrative purposes. The account may not be used for corporate (consulting that benefits an outside organization), personal, or “for-profit” purposes. Such projects would include surveys that are not related to academic research or institutional research. Note that QuestionPro accounts can be used for any purpose.
