Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus is available for most faculty and staff, and all students at no cost to you! Access your Office 365 ProPlus subscription online at office365.utk.edu

The Office 365 ProPlus applications are designed to be used on both your personally-owned computers as well as university-owned computers.

Office 365 ProPlus includes Office for the iPad. This license can be used on both personal and departmental equipment.

Office 365 ProPlus Includes:

• The full version of Microsoft Office for five devices (PC, Mac, and mobile device)
• Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
• Windows Only: Access, Publisher
• Office for mobile devices, including iPhone, Android, and Windows Phone
• Note: OneNote is availalbe at no cost through the Windows Store and Mac App Store.

Microsoft Office Apps Online: Save your files to OneDrive and access them with the Online Office Apps, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Other Microsoft Software

Visio and Project: Visio Online and Project Online are available as part of Microsoft 365 Apps. The following options are available for accessing the full version of Visio Pro and Microsoft Project:

Option 1: UTK students and faculty have access to Microsoft software through the Microsoft Azure Dev Tools for Teaching program. This software is licensed for academic use only and may be used by:

• Students who are actively enrolled and attending courses at UT that lead to academic credit, certification, or a degree. 
• Faculty who are teaching courses, assist with courses, labs, or programs, or conduct non-commercial research.

Option 2: Staff and Faculty members who do not qualify for Azure Dev Tools for Teaching can request a quote & purchase a license through our contract.
