An IT department provides value and serves as a trusted partner by aligning secure, efficient technology solutions with organizational goals, boosting productivity, fostering innovation, and collaborating closely with all stakeholders for strategic success.

OIT has worked hard to become that trusted partner by establishing a people-first approach and streamlining processes that make it easier to partner with us. 

This report showcases the initiatives and achievements at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (UTK), in 2024. While many of the University’s technology services and solutions are accessible statewide, this report focuses specifically on the Knoxville Campus.
