We have 2 licensing options for your team:

  • Shared licenses: $150/year per person on your support team added to the shared pool of licenses. Billable monthly.
    Note: With shared licenses, support technicians run the risk of a license not being available when needed. However, OIT HelpDesk staff will evaluate activity daily and determine when it is appropriate to purchase additional licenses for the shared pool based on usage to help prevent this from occurring.
  • Dedicated licenses: List price for license, plus 20% annual maintenance after year 1.  List price in August 2012 for a single license: $2600. This license can be shared among the team, but only 1 support technician may be logged in at a time per dedicated license purchased. Billable monthly.
