OIT Annual Report 2024 Customer Satisfaction Survey

Each year, OIT conducts a customer satisfaction survey to check the pulse of the Knoxville campus, and to understand campus technology needs and know how we are doing. We intentionally use the Higher Education TechQual+ Survey which allows us to compare our results to others in higher education. This survey consists of 13 items that are designed to measure the performance of three core commitments. View the 2025 survey results.
