Dryad Data Repository for UT Researchers

UT researchers can now deposit research data in Dryad, an open data publishing platform, at no cost through a new campus membership funded by the Office of Innovative Technologies (OIT) and managed by UT Libraries.
Dryad assigns your dataset a persistent DOI (digital object identifier), making it discoverable, citable, and compliant with funder and publisher data-sharing requirements. Submitting your data to Dryad streamlines the publication process and supports open, reproducible research.
Dryad is ideal for general-purpose data accompanying journal articles or grant-funded research and for data intended to be fully open and available. For sensitive or proprietary research data for which Dryad may not be a good fit, UT Libraries can help identify alternative repositories and solutions.
