Microsoft Online Learning

University of Tennessee faculty, staff, and students have access to Microsoft Online Learning academy.

First-Time Users

New users must enter a unique access code, available only to active UT faculty, staff, and students. Retrieve the access code from the OIT Software downloads page by following these easy steps. 

  1. Navigate to the Available Software page.
  2. Select the “Log in to download software” button. Log in with your NetID and password, then follow the prompts. 
  3. Navigate to Microsoft tab. Select “Microsoft Online Learning” and copy or record the access code. 
  4. Return to this page and select the “Register Here” button. Follow the account registration instructions provided on the Microsoft Online Learning portal. 

Note that this access code is only required for your first visit to the Microsoft Online Learning portal.

Log into Microsoft Online

After you have registered, you can log in at anytime using your email address.

Faculty Account Access

Faculty who want to become Online Learning Instructors:

  1. Log into your Microsoft Online Learning account.
  2. Identify the courses you are interested in assigning to students.
  3. Contact the OIT HelpDesk online or at (865) 974-9900. Provide the number of students in your class and identify the courses you need.
