Assign Lynda.com Videos in Your Class
Setting up your Group Manager Administrator
- Log into Lynda.com through the UTK account. This will generate an account under your name
- Call the HelpDesk at (865) 974-9900 and request to become a Group Manager Administrator for Lynda.com
- Once added as a Group Manager Administrator, you will have the ability to create and assign playlists for the group as well as run access reports
- You can also request user roles to grant certain privileges to other people within your group. See the chart below for details
Faculty, Managers, Supervisors, or Organizationally Sponsored Chairs can request an Administrator Role from the following choices.
