How does it work?

The RingCentral app is available on three platforms: physical phone, desktop (laptop), and mobile (Android and iOS). This availability makes it easy to switch between devices and take or make calls, check voicemail messages, and connect and collaborate with teams wherever you are, whether that’s at work, home, or on the go. The reliability of a platform for conversation is largely dependent on the type of connection. Physical phones and desktops connected to a wired network port are the most reliable, as they are not subject to signal fluctuations or interference. Mobile devices, on the other hand, may experience delays or dropped calls due to changes in cellular signal strength or wireless network availability. As a result, mobile devices are not always the best choice for conversation-intensive applications.

Use the web to log into the RingCentral portal and manage your settings.

Check out the UT RingCentral Quick Start Guide for instructions on installing the app, setting your preferences, and using RingCentral.
