QuestionPro, by QuestionPro Inc.

What is it? QuestionPro, an online survey research tool available to all faculty, staff, and students at all UT campuses. Using QuestionPro, you can design simple to complex surveys in a web browser, distribute the survey, run frequencies as it continues to collect data, and then download your data. For in-depth analysis, you can export your data to an SPSS, CSV, or Excel file.

What can I use it for? Students, faculty, and staff can use QuestionPro for university-related academic or administrative purposes. It is also one of the rare commercial tools that any member of the university community can use for the benefit of outside organizations, even for-profit ones.

Where can I run it? QuestionPro is a cloud-based service. To create a new account or log into an existing account, use the QuestionPro button on the Web Surveys page. QuestionPro will be available until May 31, 2022.

How can I learn it? For UTK,  you can schedule a one-on-one tutorial by calling the OIT HelpDesk at 865-974-9900. The company also provides clear step-by-step instructions on their help web page.

Where can I get support? OIT offers Full Support for QuestionPro. For assistance, contact the OIT HelpDesk at 865-974-9900. QuestionPro tech support staff are also available around the clock during the 5-day work week, via the built-in chat window or via email.
