With the announcement of the new five-year agreement with Qualtrics, its enhanced flexibility, and advanced features, Qualtrics is now the OIT-recommended tool for web surveys. Access to QuestionPro will end on May 31, 2022.   

What to do before May 2022: 

• Migrate any existing QuestionPro surveys that will be active after May 2022.  
• Export data for QuestionPro surveys that you wish to retain before the license expires. 

Qualtrics is OIT’s recommended platform for web surveys. If you have a research project that has been approved by the IRB, which currently uses QuestionPro, you will not need to submit an amendment request when moving to Qualtrics as long as you implement the same privacy and security protections. If you wish to continue to use QuestionPro after May 2022, visit QuestionPro’s website for individual plans and pricing. 

Qualtrics accounts are available for active faculty, students, and staff for research, academic, and administrative use at no additional cost. You can log in to Qualtrics with your NetID and password through the OIT Web Surveys portal.
