With the announcement of the new five-year agreement, its enhanced flexibility, and advanced features, Qualtrics is now the OIT recommended tool for web surveys. Qualtrics accounts are available for active faculty, students, and staff for research, academic, and administrative use at no additional cost.
If you would like to learn how to use Qualtrics or need a refresher, sign up for one of the Qualtrics: Basics workshops offered throughout the semester. You can log in to Qualtrics with your NetID and password through the OIT Web Surveys portal.
You can continue to use QuestionPro for instruction or for research, however, please note that the contract will expire on May 31st, 2022. If you have a research project that has been approved by the IRB, which uses QuestionPro, and wish to switch over to Qualtrics, you will not need to submit an amendment request as long as you implement the same privacy and security protections.
