Beginning November 1, 2021, all accounts must be running on at least a minimum version 5.5.0 for most Zoom products to be able to log into Zoom or join meetings. The version for popular plug-ins and web browser extensions include:
Zoom will require that your client be updated/current every nine months. If your client has not been updated in the last nine months, you will be unable to log into Zoom or join meetings until you install the latest update. Please note that you may be required to install additional updates outside this release window to address security or compliance features.
