Canvas, Zoom, and Course Design
Instructors who have questions about Canvas, Zoom, Lockdown Browser, Respondus Monitor, and instructional/course design, can start with the HelpDesk to be connected to one of our Course Design and Delivery specialists by phone. You can also connect with us during our virtual support hours via Zoom. Our specialists are available from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
OIT Desktop Support
The OIT Desktop Support team is available by phone for remote assistance, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Contact the OIT HelpDesk to request remote desktop assistance.
Research Computing Support
We are available for quantitative, qualitative, and ArcGIS consulting services online by appointment Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Virtual walk-in support is available online during the regularly scheduled walk-in research support hours. Instructional Development Support and Technology Training
Did you know that Clickers are more than an in-class solution? With the enterprise-wide license, you can create surveys for use in your online class or assign questions and polls that are answered online outside of class. We offer one-on-one consultations for your course graphics, recorded lectures, and WordPress. If you would like to invite a trainer to your class or offer a workshop that will help your students, submit your request online at help.utk.edu. We teach a variety of topics, including the Microsoft Office apps, the applications within Adobe Creative Cloud, and building a website. Select a topic from our complete list.
