The Research Computing Support (RCS) team is available for virtual consultations to help plan your research, analyze data, and report results. RCS will continue to support the qualitative, quantitative, and ArcGIS research efforts of faculty, staff, and students via Zoom consultations Monday through Friday by appointment.
To provide the quickest resolution of research software installation issues, a new virtual ‘walk-in’ support will be available on a first-come-first-served basis from August 16-September 3, 2021. Check the Research Computing Support schedule page for a link to and available hours for the software installation support Zoom room. Outside of these hours, you may contact our online service portal and a consultant will reach out to assist within 24 hours.
