On Wednesday, November 25, the OIT HelpDesk and Student Computer Support services at Hodges Library went virtual. To better serve the students through the transition to online finals, the OIT HelpDesk and Student Computer Support will be remote until classes resume in January.
The OIT HelpDesk remains available by phone at 865-974-9900, chat, and online at help.utk.edu. Our Student Computer Support team is available by phone for remote assistance, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. You may contact the OIT HelpDesk to request remote desktop assistance. The OIT Computer Labs in Hodges Library will remain open through December 11.
