Getting your newsletters past the spam filters

As we improve email security, you may find that your emails get caught by the Office 365 spam filters if you use a third-party email tool like Emma, Constant Contact, or MailChimp. If you send your newsletter from a UT email address, contact the OIT HelpDesk to start the authorization process to ensure your messages won’t be marked as spam. If you find that your message is not getting through, please let us know; we can initiate the authorization process at any time.
