Panopto has replaced Mediasite as the university’s lecture capture and video media management solution, and to finalize this transition, access to Mediasite will officially end on Friday, August 13.  

Over the past year, OIT staff worked closely with departments and individuals to ensure their Mediasite-hosted video content was moved to Panopto. If your courses or UT websites previously linked to Mediasite, be sure to check and update old links. If you have questions about updating your links or require new Panopto links, we’re here to help you.

Panopto allows you to record, edit, and share all within a user-friendly interface that is fully integrated with Canvas. Additionally, your Zoom Cloud recordings are automatically imported to a Panopto folder that is private to you.
