Mathematica Now Uses Your UT Email with Single Sign On

Mathematica is now available for download from the University of Tennessee software distribution site with a new Single Sign On (SSO) user activation process. Mathematica users will now enter their University of Tennessee email address to gain access and renew the software rather than requiring users to create a distinct Wolfram ID and receive emailed activation keys. We expect this new SSO process to be easier for our Mathematica users by reducing the number of usernames and passwords they must remember.

Mathematica, developed by Wolfram Research, Inc. (WRI), is computational software used in science, engineering, finance, and other areas of computing that require mathematics. The Wolfram Mathematica License Agreement between OIT and WRI was acquired in January 2013. It provides Mathematica to all UTK, UTSI, and UTHSC students, faculty, and staff and is available for Mac, Linux, and Windows 64-bit platforms. Mathematica 12.3 is the latest version based on the complete Wolfram Language.  For more information on the new SSO activation process, log into the UT software distribution site and view the Mathematica Installation Instructions under the Wolfram tab.
