New Check-in Process for the OIT HelpDesk and Student Computer Support 

The OIT HelpDesk and Student Computer Support (SCS) walk-in services at the Hodges Library Commons are moving to a new check-in procedure beginning this fall. To check in for help, scan the QR code posted near the HelpDesk or on the digital sign with your phone, enter your NetID, and select a service.  It’s that easy.  

The OIT HelpDesk can assist you with your NetID password, two-factor authentication, Duo, and more. 

Visit Student Computer Support for quick help such as connecting to UT’s wifi and installing software.  SCS also offers a drop-off service if you need help removing viruses and spyware, installing Boot Camp or Parallels, and troubleshooting general computer problems.
